4. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We process and ship orders within 3-5 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Brazos River Soap Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.

5. RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns on used items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.

Unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund, minus shipping costs. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
